The H2 falls into two groups in the Make, Model, Year and Engine search above: 2003-2007 trucks with the 6.0L and 2008-2009 trucks with the 6.2L. Each uses a different alternator series, so confirm which engine you have. Both groups fall within the 1999-2013 range covered by our dual alternator bracket kits, useful if you winch often or run a fridge full time.
You can choose 170, 240, 250, 320, 370 or 400 Amp. Lights and radios alone are well served at 240 or 250 Amp. A winch plus compressor and lighting calls for 320 or 370 Amp. Fully built rigs with a fridge, an inverter and an audio system on top of the recovery gear are the case for 400 Amp. 170 Amp is the light option for a mostly stock truck.
