  • This is a recone kit for the Iconic Xv3 series subwoofer!

    The recone kits are assembled and shimmed in house using a motor and basket assembly to insure perfect fitment and alignment.

    The recone are assembled with all new soft moving parts of the speaker (voice coil, spider, cone, and dustcaps).

    These kits do NOT come with glue.

  •   Recones do NOT qualify for free shipping

  • Time Frame: Each recone takes 3 to 7 business days to get done.

     

    BEFORE INSTALLATION:

    Please make sure that all surfaces are cleaned and rigid.

    Make sure that the dustcap is also scuffed to make sure that the glue will work properly.

    • Any recone that has been started cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Please be careful when you are selecting which parts you are wanting to get with your subwoofer.

    Only complaint is that it did not come with the spider landing spacer and you have to have one for it. Everything else was good to go time and product other than not having that even as an option.

    This was my first time doing a recone. Having all the soft parts pre assembled made everything painless. On top of that it took 3days from the time I placed the order till it arrived. Great experience if I need to get drop in replacements in the future this is where I will be buying them. Thank you!

    Great product as always, and incredibly fast shipping every time. only issue I have with this product is that the plastic spider spacer isn't included. Being plastic, it's difficult to remove the spider remnants and glue without damaging it and altering it's shape. Also, I learned the hard way that some glues don't stick to it, that was an expensive lesson, but ultimately my fault. The option to add the spacer to your recone kit purchase would be very nice, but at the very least it should be mentioned in the description of the product that the plastic spacer is not included. Happy reconing everyone!
