Your new Car Audio Bargain (CAB) product is covered by a limited warranty (length determined by selected option at checkout) if purchased from Car Audio Bargain. Our warranty covers only manufacturer defects on things not related to cosmetics. Damage due to abuse, misuse, or mishandling are not covered under warranty. It is up to the discretion of Car Audio Bargain to determine if the product is covered under warranty. All warranty returns must be sent freight prepaid to Car Audio Bargain and be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. For faster warranty service please contact us to request a return authorization code. At the sole discretion of Car Audio Bargain your item will be either replaced or money back.
If no defect is found and the unit must be shipped back the customer is responsible for return freight, if the unit is truly defective the replaced or repaired unit will be shipped back prepaid. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging of the return the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!
We offer free shipping on most items sold in the continental US. If you live out side the contenental US we offer shipping quotes in the cart.
If you need to return product there will be a 20 % restocking fee (available for 14 days after purchase) . Product that has been opened and/or mounted/used cannot be returned.
