Q. Is Car audio bargain an authorized retailer.

A. Yes Car audio bargain is authorized to sell all the items that we have listed and have warranty stated here: https://caraudiobargain.com/warranty/ 

Q. What is B-stock?

A. B-stock is an item that is new, but has some form of cosmetic blemishes. A scratch, excess glue, or even a smudge can make it a B-stock.

Q. How do I get a shipping quote?

A. Shipping is calculated in the cart during the checkout process.

Q. Do I need to make an account?

A. No you do not need to, however if you make an account it makes future ordering and tracking easier as you can login to see all of the activity on your order.

Q. I received my tracking, why can it not be found?

A. We have created your label and it has not been picked up yet. If you check back after 6PM EST it should give you the information.

Q. Who do you use for shipping ?

A. We use FedEx for the majority of shipping.

Q. how long does it take for my item to ship?

A. Normally we try to get most items out the next business day, some cases we ship same day. Some built in the USA product may require longer build times depending upon the configuration requested.

Q. What is the return policy?

A. Unopened product can be returned within 14 days of shipping.   The unit will be assessed upon return, and if approved, a credit will be issued for the original amount less a 15 percent restocking fee and the actual outbound shipping cost.  Opened and/or used product cannot be returned.
