This is a recone kit for the Iconic U series subwoofer!

The recone kits are assembled and shimmed in house using a motor and basket assembly to insure perfect fitment and alignment.

The recone are assembled with all new soft moving parts of the speaker (voice coil, spider, cone, and dustcaps).

These kits do NOT come with glue.

 

Time Frame: Each recone takes 3 to 7 business days to get done.

Recones do not qualify for free shipping 

 

BEFORE INSTALLATION:

Please make sure that all surfaces are cleaned and rigid.

Make sure that the dustcap is also scuffed to make sure that the glue will work properly.

  • Any recone that has been started cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Please be careful when you are selecting which parts you are wanting to get with your subwoofer.

    U-15 drop ins

    Drop ins are way better quality, built with better coil and very easy for anyone to do with shims,paper, or transparency paper. Three full sheets of transparency paper do the trick. I ordered 6 and only dropped in 3 for now but will definitely be ordering more since I’m piecing subs together now for a bigger build

    I've reconed 4 x15s with apex recones already bought from a customer and was so impressed with the quality and fitment that I ordered a drop in for my u18.     Recones arrived after a few days in great condition. Good packaging to keep the coils safe, and PLENTY of glue to hold everything together. Great looking product!
