Audio APEX is one of the FEW sources with the NEW Sundown Audio Hybrid Zv5 boasts a 5mm thicker top plate than the original Zv5.... Woofers come standard with a 4 layer voice coil, and the same Mega Roll v2 Cone and Standard Sundown Dustcap.

The Zv5 Hybrid Subwoofer is rated for 2500 watts RMS and will be offered with the 8 layer coil upgrade for Hi BL applications.

There are only a limited supply of these Zv5 hybrids and at this price they won't last long.

    This thing is an absolute monster i bought this for my Toyota sequoia and built an enclosure for it tuned at 29 Hz, in my Toyota it resonates best around 32 Hz but can play as low as 10 Hz !! It's just absolutely nuts makes bags float in my windows and all kinds of junk, I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a high displacement subwoofer it sounds great and absolutely smacks lows, the shipping was very fast about 7 days on the dot and the product was packed perfect with tons of protection and two boxes they did an absolutely amazing job with this speaker, sadly my amp went in smoke on my third day running this new build but I've already ordered a new one and it gets here Monday, also when you make an enclosure for this sub make sure it has a TRIPLE BAFFLE and DOUBLE LAYER PORTS THROUGH OUT and make sure to use MORE then just two braces you need to brace the port completely through out this subwoofer will break an enclosure that's 3/4 thick like it's no one's business it needs to be 2.25 inches thick through out this is an amazing product. I will only be buying speakers from apex audio from now on this is a great product with fast and great shipping

    Thank you Apex, for the best secured packing shipping. I had bought ZV6s from other retailer the packing is bad, the woofer almost come out from the shipping box. This sounds good as the ZV6

    If you're looking for a subwoofer upgrade look no further. I purchased a set and I've been blown away. Out of the box they look amazing, the build quality is top notch. I originally had a Salt 6 on them and was super impressed, picked up a Salt 8 for a steal and my coworkers can hear me coming for blocks!

    I would give a 5 star, but FedEx lost one if the subs doing shipping. Still waiting on FedEx to find my damn sub smh, but apex audio is a great place to shop for sundown subwoofers

    I love the ZV5 hybrid subwoofers I bought from Audio Apex. I'm very happy with the whole process of purchasing from this company. The work they did on my subwoofers is very clean and professional. Audio Apex is now my favorite audio shop over Down4Sound.....
